Hi there & welcome! I'm Giovanna, the founder of Blossom Healing NJ. I'm a licensed professional counselor and licensed professional art therapist/ board certified in NJ. I'm also an approved clinical supervisor for individuals seeking their LPC licensure in NJ & I supervise counseling & art therapy graduate students.

- $75 Graduate Student Individual Supervision Meeting for 50 Minutes
- Triadic Graduate Student Group Supervision (2 Student Supervisee’s): $50/person per 50 Minutes
- $125 Individual Professional Clinical Supervision for 50 Minutes
- Triadic Professional Clinical Supervision (2 Supervisee’s): $75/person, per 50 Minutes
Professional Consultation
$100 Formal Consultation for Professionals for 50 Minutes
Out of Network
Blossom Healing NJ can provide you with documents needed to submit a claim to your insurance company for out of network benefit reimbursement.
Documents
Intake Assessment
An intake assessment is required before working with Blossom Healing NJ. It is designed to help your provider develop a well rounded understanding of your presenting problem and history. This information helps your provider address your immediate needs while you learn more about the services available to you.
Supervision Agreement
A supervision agreement is required upon working with Giovanna Badami as your supervisor. This document is reviewed and signed by both the supervisee and the supervisor establishing the content of work and financial agreement you will have while working together.
Good Faith Estimate (GFE)
The No Surprises Act of 2022 is a law that helps clients who are self-pay to understand estimated costs before starting treatment.
